With family, yes. I have been learning discernment in this area. I am getting better at sensing who will be able to hear and hold my full heart (experience, thoughts, etc), and who will “drop” me if I open up. In the name of energy conservation, and treating my inner world as more sacred, I am happy for the realization that I don’t have to show all my cards to every single person I know and meet.
